CRITERIA FOR PRESCRIPTION EVIDENCE
1. OBJECTIVE
These criteria are intended to ensure that the prescription evidence provided is usable and secure for your teleconsultation.
2. GENERAL CRITERIA
- Clarity: the document must be clear, well lit, without blurring or glare.
- Lighting: natural light or good artificial lighting is preferred.
- Distance: neither too close nor too far away.
3. SPECIFIC CRITERIA FOR PRESCRIPTION EVIDENCE
Legibility: all elements of the prescription must be visible:
- Full name of the patient.
- Name of the medication and dosage with indication of treatment.
- Name and signature of the prescriber.
- Original document : no partial screenshots or modified documents.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
Photos and documents must be sent exclusively via Pomelo (secure platform).
Do not send by email, text message, or social media.
The images become part of your confidential medical file.
5. REFUSAL OF TREATMENT
Your appointment may be refused or postponed if :
- The photos are blurry or do not meet the above criteria.
- The proof of prescription is incomplete or illegible.
- The information provided is inaccurate.
