Appointment cancellation policy

At Clinique THVR inc., we are committed to ensuring prompt and equitable access to care for all our patients. For this reason, we apply the following policy in the event of an appointment cancellation or no-show :

1. Patients with a package (Individual, Family or Premium)

• Patients with a package benefit from total flexibility : there is no charge for cancellations or travel, even at the last minute.
• Out of respect for other patients, we still encourage a minimum of 2 hours’ notice whenever possible.

2. Patients without a package (on-demand consultation)

• In the event of a no-show or a delay of more than 5 minutes, a fee of 30 $ will automatically be charged.
• If cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.

3. How to cancel an appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in the following ways :

• On our online platform Pomelo.
• By e-mail to our official address: info@cliniquethvr.com
• By phone (438-892-5974), giving your name, date and time of appointment.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered in cases of force majeure (hospitalization, accident, etc.), at the discretion of the medical team.
