Instructions for verifying your admissibility for teleconsultation
Please note that the virtual services provided by the Clinique THVR are entirely private.
Verifying your admissibility for teleconsultation: Select Verify my admissibility (free assessment). Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a phone call to verify your admissibility for teleconsultation with the (nurse practitioner) NP. This service is free of charge.
Non-refundable consultations: The fee is $145 for any on-demand consultation. Once the video consultation with the nurse practitioner (NP) has begun, no refund will be given, even if the situation exceeds the NP’s scope of practice or is not covered by the teleconsultation.
That is why it is strongly recommended that you first schedule a phone appointment to verify my admissibility (free assessment). This step allows us to confirm that your condition can be managed by teleconsultation before booking a paid consultation.
